Lightweight Bean Bag Chairs - Great For Parents and Children

เขียนโดย Kawi W. |

These Bean Bag Chairs will make you and your child happy, I Guarantee it!

I sit here and watch the little ones drag these things around the house all the time. To the living room to watch TV, to the kitchen to watch their mom, to their bedroom, to the game room, it's like taking their favorite blanket or toy with them wherever they go.

They're big, lightweight, around 8 or 9 pounds, comfortable, durable and most of all they're Kid-Safe!

This new design is pear shaped for back support, comes with an inner bag to hold the filling, and an outer cover in a wide range of colors and fabrics. Vinyl, suede, denim, theme prints, custom, leather, you name it! They even come in a weather resistant outdoor fabric.

Double stitched with clear nylon for strength, and locking zippers keep the filling in and the children out. They meet all U.S. flammability standards and CPSC guidelines for zipper enclosures.

They come with three main types of filling;

1) Polyurethane Foam: it's a kind of foam rubber you would find in the cushions on your couch.
2) Virgin Polystyrene Foam Beads: this is a new styrofoam material formed into little pea shaped balls.
3) Recycled Polystyrene Foam: this is usually a shredded styrofoam product made from the by-product of the packaging and foam board industry. Never used material, ex; cups, plates, etc...

Which ever filling you choose you'll get a quality durable product. Personally I prefer the virgin polystyrene foam. It's lighter and in a couple of years you can fluff it up with the recycled material. It's readily available on most bean bag chair websites.

With all children there are always accidents. These new covers are either machine washable or easily cleaned with a soapy sponge.

If ever there was a product I would recommend to parents, it would be this one. No problems, no worries.

Like I always say. "A happy child is a happy parent"

Create Balance With Fresh Flowers!

เขียนโดย Kawi W. |

By Kathleen Tumpane

Fresh cut flowers always lift our spirits. One of the rewards of making sure the cupboards and refrigerator are well stocked with yummy food is the plethora of gorgeous flowers available at the grocery store. It makes the task of grocery shopping more of a pleasure.

Fresh flowers make us feel special which makes them a wonderful feng shui adjustment. Flowers throughout your home makes every room more welcoming. And as you place them, you charge the life force energy (chi) of each room.

You can create balance in your home and your life by the type of flower arrangements you place in various areas.

If you want to enhance the Water element of feng shui, float a few flowers in a low bowl. The serenity of floating flowers in your field of vision is amazing. Which flowers? Some are better floaters than others. Basically, the flatter the flower head, the more float-able it is. Gardenias, Gerber daisies, black eyed Susans, all float very well.

Flower arrangements that are created with several different flowers all the same color are Watery whatever color it is. The nuances of form and texture are intriguing. If the arrangement doesn't really look "arranged" at all, more like someone just took a bunch of iris and stuffed them in a vase, it has Wood energy.

Typically, people strong in Wood find flowers useless: a waste of time, energy, and money. Once their value as a feng shui adjustment is accepted by a Wood person, though, that opinion changes. Then, the quickest and easiest solution will prevail.

Luckily, even the just stuffed in the vase arrangements look wonderful and encourage the development of other elements.

Fiery arrangements have lots of variety of color, texture, and shape. This may be lots of flowers in large vases. Or it can be lots of very small containers with only a few flowers sprinkled all over. Fire energy is the whimsical, fun energy. To enhance the Fiery aspect of flowers, combinations that may at first seem odd are light-hearted, quirky, and just plain fun.

Feeling life is very serious business? Consider a tiny arrangement of one tiger lily, a sprig of Solidago (a fluffy, asparagus ferny looking thing with tiny yellow blossoms), and chili peppers. The juxtaposition of the elegant lily with the fluffy Solidago and the sensual red chili peppers tickles the energy and you!

Quintessential Earthy flower arrangements are those that are remind you of bed and breakfast inns, English country cottages, and Victorian decor. They may be in pastel colors. They will likely match the colors in the room. You'd never see a chili pepper in an Earthy arrangement. Often it is just one type of flower, one color, but LOTS of them.

Metal energy is about precision, simplicity, and perfection. Metal flower arrangements are elegant works of art. Ikebana, Japanese flower arranging, is the embodiment of Metal energy in flowers. The fact that a person can study Ikebana for decades and still consider themselves a student pretty much says it all. Flowers create an atmosphere of celebration for you, your family, and your friends as you enjoy the gift of life, every day. And they can help you become more balanced in the five elements of feng shui: Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal.

Living Room Color Ideas

เขียนโดย Kawi W. |

By Syifa Naila

While going for decorating the living room, one should give more stress as it is the main gateway to your house. You may have some living room color ideas and before going for that, consider your budget. But there is no reason to worry as there are many beautiful living room color ideas which can be implemented without spending much.

To begin with, you can paint only one wall with some attractive contrast colors. This will really give a very gorgeous look to the living room without spending much as in that case, you will not have to paint all the four walls. Make that tone a little darker than the tone of the other walls.

You can place colorful pillows on different furniture in it's. This is rated among the top living room color ideas, as it will add more color to your family room. You can have different pillows as per the design of the furniture.

Green plants with flowering can also give a colorful look to your drawing room. If you are confused on what plant to use, you can consult a nursery as they can give you wonderful suggestions. You can maintain their glare by simply dusting them. You can add odd things if you want to follow unconventional living room color ideas. You can add a whimsical lamp shade or a colorful sculpture.

Many colorful lamp shades are found at a cheap price in a lamp shop. You can add a ribbon around at the top and the bottom so that it becomes more colorful.

You can add some color to the floor by suitably placing some rugs strategically in front of a chair or beneath the coffee table. In this case, the color of the rug used should be a contrast to the ones used on the wall or on the floor. If there is a boring wall, it is better to cover it with a nicely designed mirror and keep some interesting decorating piece on it to make it look attractive.

If there is a bookshelf, paint it with two colors and the different shades will add more color.
